Loved my trip to Ethiopia. Lucky to live in DC, which is nicknamed Little Addis. We have some great Ethiopian food here. Btw…totally ate the food wrong. You're supposed to use the injera to grab the food. Anyways…I really enjoy the videos. You should do one in Rwanda! You started your journey there…lol

You think it is off the beaten path now…I hitch hiked through northern Ethiopia 20 years ago during a war. I cannot wait to go back because there has been a lot of development since I was there. I loved Ethiopia!

Also, they have a different look from "most Africans," Bantus; different attitude, different brow. They seem quite friendly but don't say much. They are quiet and succinct. The mountains are amazing! One day soon. Seems pretty safe. Right? Seems amazing. God, may I? 🙂
I've gotten to the point where I like Ethiopian people. Kind of like the Bantu blacks, but quieter. I love the Bantu! I got a vegetarian plate at a local Ethiopian restaurant. Ah!! I recommend it!! Legumes and other vegetables, but wonderful. Spicy but not very hot. Ethiopia is enchanting, and I never thought I'd want to go. But I do!! The rain and hail add to the charm. Cool Africa, a draw.

Seeing all these countries is a huge experience, something amazing to say you did in your life but you go to some sketchy ass places. I don't know if it's worth possibly losing your life.

I would really love to go to these type of places but I don't think I could deal with being so far out of my comfort zone. Plus the problems with the infrastructure in third world countries, it would probably make the UK infrastructure look amazing. So I'll continue to explore such exotic haunts through travelling youtubers

I visited Ethiopia in the past, loved the people, loved the the food but gosh the internet was so spotty like they are still in the stone age but i think is because of government censorship. Then i went to Kenya for two weeks' i enjoyed high speed internet/data the whole time and it was super cheap.
You were getting some pretty hard looks from the men on the street.
