años hermosos, se han fijado que no se ven aun los extranjeros ilegales, vendiendo sus basuras, tirando basura en las calles etc. se veía muy limpio santiago ahora que esta lleno de extranjero se ve super sucio donde traen sus malas costumbre, pobreza, ventas ilegales, robos etc. una lastima.
Santiago does not have the old charme of Buenos Aires or Montevideo. Santiago appears more to be a very modern city. For sure it's the safest, cleanest and best organized city in Latin America. I always like to be there, mostly I stay in Las Condes or Vitacura.
